- All sales are final unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

- Once tracking info has updated, we no longer have access to your package. Any further questions or disputes would need to be directed to the courier (typically USPS).

- If your purchase was a preorder, please refrain from emailing about the order during the listed estimated production time unless an update such as an address change is necessary. This helps keep the email volume down so that other emails aren't potentially missed.
